An independent full-service crop inputs retailer with locations throughout Manitoba is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Business Support Coordinator to support our head office and branch locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and communicates confidently across all teams. This position will be in Brandon, Manitoba.
What You Will Do
• Prepare and distribute sales, payment, and inventory reports.
• Maintain and support accurate product inventory records, forecasting sheets, and release number tracking.
• Coordinate with branches and logistic partners on product needs and contract management.
• Plan and assist with company events and training sessions.
• Coordinate safety programs, OH&S meetings, Headversity program, and seasonal training.
• Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, promotional items, signage, and office supplies.
• Assist with fleet renewals, vehicle registrations, insurance certificates, and utility tracking.
• Provide general administrative support and function as a communication hub for branches.

• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks during peak seasons.
• A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting multiple teams.
