A New Chapter in Leadership at Shur-Gro Farm Services

Shur-Gro Farm Services proudly welcomes Blaine Cochrane to his new leadership role as Chief Executive Officer. Blaine will continue to guide our team toward growth and innovation. He brings more than 15 years of experience with Shur-Gro Farm Services, complemented by a 25-year career in livestock feed manufacturing and a lifetime rooted in Manitoba’s agricultural community.

Supporting Shur-Gro’s mission alongside Blaine, Steve Anderson will continue in his role as General Manager, while Jason Splett has recently joined the team as Sales and Procurement Manager, further strengthening our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and long-term partnerships.

Long-time General Manager and CEO, Dale McKay, will assume the role of Director of Shur-Gro and Brandon Terminal.

This leadership transition further reflects Shur-Gro Farm Services’ ongoing commitment to excellence and to the success of the farm customers and agricultural communities we proudly serve.
